新沙发

New Sofa
Our living room recently got a new sofa. This sofa is dark blue and stands out in the living room. The old sofa was too old, so I decided to buy a new one. The new sofa is very comfortable; I like to sit on it to rest after work every day. The coffee table is in front of the sofa, with a cup of tea and a few books on it. The TV cabinet is on the other side of the living room, with a TV and some decorations on it. The remote control is usually on the coffee table, but sometimes I forget where I put it.
Yesterday, I looked for the remote control in the living room for a long time. Finally, I found it had fallen under the sofa cushion. I picked up the remote, turned on the TV, and watched some shows. The new sofa is so soft that I almost fell asleep on it. There was a cup of cold tea on the coffee table; I didn’t want to drink it, so I put it back on the coffee table. Next to the TV cabinet, there is also a small bookshelf with my novels on it.
Today, I cleaned the living room again. I organized the things on the coffee table and put the remote control in the drawer of the TV cabinet. That way, next time I look for the remote, it won’t be so troublesome. I also dusted the sofa cushions. The living room now looks very tidy, and I really like this new sofa.
