出差准备
这次出差让我很紧张。老板让我去上海参加一个重要会议，我必须提前做好所有准备。我先在网上预订了机票，因为早上的航班比较便宜。然后我又预订了酒店，选了一家离会议地点很近的商务酒店。这次出差时间不长，只有三天，但需要准备的东西很多。
到达上海后，我直接去了酒店。酒店的房间很干净，服务员也很热情。我放下行李，立刻打开电脑检查会议资料。第二天早上，我提前半小时到了会议中心。这个会议很重要，来了很多公司的领导。会议开始后，我认真记录每一个要点。

Huí gōngsī qián, wǒ yòu quèrèn le yī cì huíchéng de jīpiào. Zhè cì chūchāi hěn shùnlì, yùdìng de jīpiào hé jiǔdiàn dōu méiyǒu wèntí. Wǒ juédìng xià cì chūchāi hái yào yùdìng zhè jiā jiǔdiàn.
出差准备
This business trip made me very nervous. My boss asked me to go to Shanghai for an important meeting, and I had to prepare everything in advance. I first booked the flight online because the morning flight was cheaper. Then I booked a hotel, choosing a business hotel close to the meeting venue. This trip was not long, only three days, but there was a lot to prepare.
After arriving in Shanghai, I went directly to the hotel. The hotel room was very clean, and the staff were very warm. I put down my luggage and immediately opened my computer to check the meeting materials. The next morning, I arrived at the meeting center half an hour early. This meeting was very important, and many company leaders came. After the meeting started, I carefully recorded every key point.
After the meeting ended, I had lunch with a few colleagues. We discussed some issues about this business trip. Everyone felt that this meeting was very rewarding. In the afternoon, I returned to the hotel and began to organize my meeting notes. Although this trip was busy, it taught me a lot of new things.
Before returning to the company, I confirmed my return flight again. This business trip went smoothly, and the booked flight and hotel had no problems. I decided to book this hotel again for my next business trip.
